1-2 Tomatoes ( sliced )
to taste Fresh Parsley ( Small bunch - for garnish )
1-2 jars Tomato Sauce
1 container Cottage Cheese
1-3 cups Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese ( for topping )

Pinch salt
3 eggs
1/2 c salted butter
1/2 c light corn syrup
1 t vanilla extract
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, cornmeal, cocoa and salt. Add eggs, melted butter, corn syrup and vanilla; mix well. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
