1/4 cup White Onion ( Chopped )
1 tsp Minced Garlic
8 oz Baby Bella Mushrooms ( Cut into Thin Strips )
2 lb Asparagus ( Trimmed )
1/2 cup Feta Cheese
1/2 cup Blue Cheese
Rosemary Balsamic Glaze:
1 tsp Olive OIl
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1/4 cup Dry Red Wine
2 tsp Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Beef Broth
