Rosemary Cheese and Walnut Loaf

A healthy whole wheat savory loaf with walnuts, rosemary and topped with melted cheese.

1 1/2 teaspoons dried yeast
Pinch of sugar
1 cup warm water, should feel like body temperature when you put in your finger
3 1/3 cups wholewheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
6 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
4 ounces walnuts, finely chopped
3 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
