Rosemary Cracker Bites with Goat Cheese, Kale and Potatoes are the simplest and most delicious appetizer for your next holiday gathering!

1 package Rosemary & Sea Salt Wasa Thins (I used 1 package)
5 tablespoons butter, melted
1 egg white
4 ounces kale
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper
4 ounces goat cheese, room temperature
1 small potato, finely diced

In a food processor, add 1 package Rosemary & Sea Salt Wasa Thins. Pulse until fine crumbs.
Add in melted butter followed by the egg white.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
