Rum Balls

Now I am the first to admit Rum Balls are not all that pretty, but they sure are good! Plus depending on what kind of Rum you use they can get you in the Holiday Spirit pretty quick if you have a case of the Ba Humbugs! Me, I used a quality rum called The Kraken which is a 94-proof Black Spiced Rum. I had a few and then sent them on their way to hubby’s office; I heard everyone really enjoyed them. I plan on making at least two more batches to give away and to ensure I have a few left over

Shrimp is extremely versatile and they cook very quickly, making it a perfect choice for busy weeknights. Since shrimp are quick to cook, you just need to cook them for 1 minute per batch.
