Rum Balls

Now I am the first to admit Rum Balls are not all that pretty, but they sure are good! Plus depending on what kind of Rum you use they can get you in the Holiday Spirit pretty quick if you have a case of the Ba Humbugs! Me, I used a quality rum called The Kraken which is a 94-proof Black Spiced Rum. I had a few and then sent them on their way to hubby’s office; I heard everyone really enjoyed them. 1/2 lb. bacon
1 medium onion
1/2 c ketchup
3/4 c molasses
2 T apple cider vinegar
2 t dry mustard
