Prime beef cuts are very expensive but there are some alternatives that still deliver great results. Such as this Rump steak! To make it a full dinner, I'm serving the rump steak with a side of baked potatoes, fried egg and a lot of delicious coffee based BBQ sauce.

  • Season each steak with olive oil and black or 4-color pepper. Do not add salt yet.
  • Sear from one side for about 3 minutes, then flip.
