Dough :
3 cups plain flour
pinch of salt
1 egg
1 tbsp olive oil
3/4 cups cold water
Filling :
500 grams pork mince
1 onion ( diced )
5 cloves of garlic ( diced )
2 tbsp dill ( chopped )
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
To Serve :
fresh dill
