1 box of dried lasagna sheets
1 pack of frozen spinach - thawed
1 medium onion - chopped
1 pint of white mushrooms - sliced
10 baby carrots - sliced diagonally
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 16 oz whole milk ricotta
1 egg
1/3 cup of seasoned breadcrumbs
1 16 oz mozzarella - shredded
Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
3 cups Marinara Sauce
