Saffron and White Chocolate Christmas Tree Bread

1 cup milk
3 tablespoons butter
25 g fresh yeast
45 grams sugar
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1/2 cup white chocolate ( chopped into very small pieces )
1 egg ( beaten )

250 grams bread flour
