ham - 250 to 300 g
tomatoes - from 300 to 350 g cherry or small tomatoes
spinach - 100 g
lettuce - 5 sheets
eggs - 2 boiled
for the dressing
olive oil - 4 tablespoons
vinegar - 1 tbsp
lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
salt - to taste
black pepper
oregano - 2 - 3 pinches of dried
tomatoes - from 300 to 350 g cherry or small tomatoes
spinach - 100 g
lettuce - 5 sheets
eggs - 2 boiled
for the dressing
olive oil - 4 tablespoons
vinegar - 1 tbsp
lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
salt - to taste
black pepper
oregano - 2 - 3 pinches of dried
Mix all the ingredients for the dressing and leave it for 30 minutes cool.
Shred lettuce and spinach leaves in a bowl. Add chopped tomatoes.
Ham cut into cubes and then bake until lightly tanned in a pan without oil.
Divide the vegetables into 2 bowls. Top put quarters boiled eggs, equal parts ham and pour the aromatic dressing.
