Sprinkle with plenty of salt fish, cut into cubes, if using canned, be careful not to compress. Leave it to stand as 2 hours. If raw, then rinse well with cold water, dry it and soak in lemon juice. Keep it cold for 30 min Strain the fish and add the lemon juice to the products of mustard sauce, olive oil and paprika. Mix chopped lettuce cores of maize and beans, and pour sauce. Add the fish and sprinkle with paprika.
