Salisbury Steak
Homemade salisbury steaks are easy to make in the oven, on the stovetop, or in the crockpot! Delicious weeknight dinner.

1 lb ground beef ( 80-85% )
1 lb lean ground beef ( 90% )
1 large egg white
1/3 cup diced onion
1/4 cup crushed saltine crackers
2 tablespoons milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 (12-14 oz) cans or jars brown gravy
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 lb lean ground beef ( 90% )

1/3 cup diced onion

- Preheat the grill.
