Salmon steak is always a bit of a holiday. It may look extravagant, but it's certainly one of the easiest main course dishes to cook, and the quickest. Butter and sage provide excellent flavors and quick pan searing makes for wonderful taste and texture.

  • Step 1Sprinkle, then rub, both sides of the salmon steaks with salt, pepper and sage.
