3 Tbsp olive oil
Feta Yogurt Sauce:
150 g feta cheese
0.15 liters natural yogurt
1 garlic clove, minced
5 g basil (can be omitted)
1 Tbsp lemon juice (about half a lemon)
fresh ground black pepper

4 salmon filets (about 500 g)
2 tsp lemon pepper
1 Tbsp butter
