4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cubed or sliced
1 can chicken broth
1½ cups salsa
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1-1½ cups uncooked instant rice
1 can chicken broth
1½ cups salsa
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1-1½ cups uncooked instant rice
In a large skillet, mix broth and salsa and bring to a boil. Add rice and simmer 10 mins.
Top with cheese and simmer until melted
Let stand 2 mins before serving
