Salsa Chicken Stuffed Shells
Stuffed shells with a little Mexican flavor and loaded with cheese.
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
8 ounces cream cheese
15 ounces salsa
15 ounces frozen corn, thawed
15 ounce black pepper, to taste
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
