1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped cilantro ( divided )
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts ( cooked and shredded )
8 flour tortillas
3 cups shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
2 tomatoes ( diced )
