A deliciously sweet & salty treat, great on their own or as part of a dessert - seasoned with a hint of cayenne pepper for that little kick!

100 g walnuts
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp white sugar
2 Tbsp water
3/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

A Spanish omelette is also known as tortilla de patatas in Spain where it is a tapa and it consists of just four ingredients plus seasoning. It is a Spanish classic dish for very good reasons.
