1 clove garlic ( minced )
1/2 tsp. dried cilantro
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
1 cup green chili salsa
6 corn tortillas ( cut into 1 inch pieces )
2 (4 ounce) ans whole green chilies ( drained and cut lengthwise into 1 inch strips )
2 cups cheddar cheese ( shredded )
6 large eggs ( beaten )
1 1/2 cups milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine the first 7 ingredients in a skillet. Cook until meat is browned, stirring until it crumbles. Drain the grease from the skillet. Stir in salsa. Set aside.
