Originated in Indonesia, sate is skewered meat that is marinated in an assortment of spices and grilled to perfection. There are many variants of this dish and each of the variants involve using a different type of meat. This dish due to its succulent and juicy texture and its unique taste has been adopted into the menus of popular restaurants and it is so popular, it is even served at many good restaurants in Singapore. 500 grams Chicken minced
70 grams Palm sugar
50 grams Vegetables oil
8 grams Salt
100 grams Lemon grass
40 grams Shallot
20 grams Garlic
50 grams Ginger
3 grams Turmeric powder
3 grams Coriander powder
10 grams Candlenuts
10 grams Belachan
3 grams Lime leaves
1 grams Nutmeg powder
80 grams Chilli paste
