what you need:
4 Chicken breast cut up in chunks
1 Onion diced
4 cloves garlic diced
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/3 cup Soy sauce
1/2 cup Water
1/3 cup Brown sugar
1 package frozen Stir fry veggies(or Fresh Mushrooms, and some Frozen veggies that you like)
1/2 cup Rice (white or brown) cooked
