Sausage and Cajun Orzo Skillet

A delicious combination of smoked sausage, orzo and cajun seasonings, ready to eat in under 30 minutes.

1 tablespoon olive oil
14 ounces smoked sausage, sliced into 1/2 inch slices
1/2 cup diced yellow onions
1 bell pepper, any color diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dreid thyme
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
3 1/2 cups low sodium chicken broth
1 1/2 cups orzo
1/2 cup heavy cream

In a large skillet, add the olive oil and heat over medium heat.

Add in the smoked sausage, onion, bell pepper and garlic.
