Sausage and Corn Salad with Dried Bread

This salad recipe will help you if you must feed your family or unexpected guests fast and tasty. The main thing is to choose delicious sausage made by proved sire. If you want, you can replace sausage with ham, boiled chicken fillet or veal. Also, you can use bought dried bread or make them yourself in the oven.

3 pieces Pickled cucumbers
3 pieces Egg
150 g. Smoked sausage
150 g. Canned corn
50 g. Bread
3-4 tbsp. Mayonnaise
to taste Salt
to taste Green onion

Peel some pickled cucumbers, cut them into sticks and squeeze from the brine.

Boil eggs hard, cool them down and shell them. Also cut eggs into sticks.
