This Sausage, Apple, And Herb Sheet Pan Supper is a quick and easy blend of savory and sweet, baked together on a single pan.

4-6 large pork sausages
2 large red delicious apples, cored and cubed
1 1/2 lb fingerling, or other small variety, potatoes
1/2 lb baby carrots
1 large red onion, cut into wedges
2 tbsp sage leaves, chopped
2 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
2 tbsp honey
3 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste
