A simple rice bowl recipe that’s also one of our favorite 30-minute meals. YUM!
4 cups cooked rice (instant or using a rice cooker)
1 lb ground sausage- browned
6 large eggs- scrambled
1 cup corn- cooked
1 cup peas- cooked
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups brown or chicken gravy
Pinch of Parmesan cheese for topping

Prepare all ingredients to taste
Combine all ingredients except gravy & parmesan cheese in a large bowl & mix well
