A creamy soup with Italian sausage and diced tomatoes.

1 pound Italian Sausage
1/2 medium yellow onion, finely diced
6 ounce can tomato paste
1 1/2 cups low sodium chicken broth
14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes
4 ounces cream cheese, cubed
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
black pepper, to taste
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese

In a large pot add the sausage and diced onion. Cook over medium-high heat until sausage is completely cooked and crumbled and onions are soft.
