Here is one the best and favourite Mumbai's street food, Schezwan Tawa Pulao recipe. It's an excellent and delicious main course recipe, which is quick and very easy to make. 5 tablespoons Ching's Schezwan Chutney
2 tablespoons Oil
1 tablespoon garlic ( chopped )
1 teaspoon ginger ( chopped )
1 onion ( chopped )
2 tomatoes ( chopped )
to taste Salt
2 tablespoons Pav Bhaji Masala
1 onion ( diced )
1/2 capsicum ( diced )
1/2 cup blanched cauliflower
1 tomato ( diced )
1/4 cup green peas blanched
1 rice ( big bowl, boiled )
1 tablespoon coriander ( chopped )
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon coriander leaves
2 tablespoons Oil
1 tablespoon garlic ( chopped )
1 teaspoon ginger ( chopped )
1 onion ( chopped )
2 tomatoes ( chopped )
to taste Salt
2 tablespoons Pav Bhaji Masala
1 onion ( diced )
1/2 capsicum ( diced )
1/2 cup blanched cauliflower
1 tomato ( diced )
1/4 cup green peas blanched
1 rice ( big bowl, boiled )
1 tablespoon coriander ( chopped )
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon coriander leaves

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, ginger and sauté. Add onion and sauté until golden brown
