Here is one the best and favourite Mumbai's street food, Schezwan Tawa Pulao recipe. It's an excellent and delicious main course recipe, which is quick and very easy to make. This is healthy and tastes yummy with the flavour of Indo-Chinese cuisine on one Plate. Served Desi Chinese Schezwan Tawa Pulao and Enjoy the Flavor of two Cuisine on one plate.

5 tablespoons Ching's Schezwan Chutney
2 tablespoons Oil
1 tablespoon garlic ( chopped )
1 teaspoon ginger ( chopped )
1 onion ( chopped )
2 tomatoes ( chopped )
to taste Salt
2 tablespoons Pav Bhaji Masala
1 onion ( diced )
1/2 capsicum ( diced )
1/2 cup blanched cauliflower
1 tomato ( diced )
1/4 cup green peas blanched
1 rice ( big bowl, boiled )
1 tablespoon coriander ( chopped )
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon coriander leaves

Step 1:

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, ginger and sauté. Add onion and sauté until golden brown
