Scrambled Egg and Spiced Black Bean Breakfast Tacos

Smooth, soft, silky scrambled eggs with the most amazing, crispy spiced black beans, grated cheese and a little hot sauce to finish it off. What more could you want in a breakfast taco?

400 g tinned black beans ( drained and rinsed )
1½ teaspoons paprika
1½ teaspoons ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1/4 cup milk
4 mini tortillas
20 grams fresh coriander
75 g cheddar cheese grated
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons habanero sauce
