Semi-Homemade Cannoli: pre-made cannoli shells dipped in chocolate and sprinkles paired with a homemade classic ricotta based filling.

Shells:
12-15 pre-made shells

Chocolate Dip:
¼ cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
1-3 tablespoons of milk
Sprinkles or chopped pistachios

Filling:
2 ¾ cups ricotta cheese (22 ounces)
¾ cup confectioners’ sugar
3 tablespoons mini semisweet chocolate chips + more for sprinkling
¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ teaspoon grated orange zest
¼ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
