1 pound Fresh Green Beans
2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil or Peanut Oil
1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
Sea Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil or Peanut Oil
1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
Sea Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
Heat Oil over Med. - Hi heat.
Snap off Green Bean stem ends.
Add Beans to Wok, stir cover, cook 2 ½ min.
Stir cover cook about 2 ½ min. more.
Remove lid, add Sesame Seeds, cook until just golden, stir often.
