This dish is known as Vietnamese Shaking Beef or Bo Lu Lac, because you shake the beef in the wok while cooking. Fullblood Wagyu beef is marinated in garlic, sugar, soy sauce, and fish sauce. Then, the tender beef is cooked in the wok with sauce, red onions, and butter. Try this tasty recipe for lunch or dinner!
