Shichimi Togarashi Wagyu Steak & Ramen Noodle Salad
This Shichimi Togarashi Wagyu Bavette Steak & Sesame Ramen Noodle Salad recipe is a must-try! The Fullblood Wagyu bavette steak is marinated with Shichimi Togarashi and a Japanese Seven Spice Blend. Grill to a medium-rare finish and serve with a ramen noodle salad.
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
1/4 cup Shichimi Togarashi/Japanese Seven Spice Blend
1 tbsp. Salt
Sesame Ramen Noodle Salad:
4 cups Cooked Ramen Noodles
1 cup Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing ( plus additional for dressing for serving )
4 Scallions ( chopped )
2 Carrots ( julienned very thinly )
1/4 cup Pickled Red Ginger/Beni Shoga ( strained )
1/2 cup Snow or Snap Peas ( cut in half on an angle )
PREPARING THE SHICHIMI TOGARASHI MARINATED STEAK
