Shredded Brussels Sprouts

These Shredded Brussels Sprouts are my favorite way to cook them, and they only take 5 minutes!

1 lb Brussels sprouts
1 Tbsp olive oil
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup water
Shred/chop Brussels Sprouts very finely with a knife. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add Brussels sprouts and sauté over high heat for 1-2 minutes....

3 T cornmeal
3 T unsweetened cocoa powder
Pinch salt
3 eggs
1/2 c salted butter
1/2 c light corn syrup
1 t vanilla extract
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, cornmeal, cocoa and salt. Add eggs, melted butter, corn syrup and vanilla; mix well. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
