Chicken made with almonds and poppy seeds

Chicken [shredded ] 1 pound
Thick curd 1cup
Almonds [7 to 8 ]
poppy seeds [2 table spoon ]
Red chili powder [1 table spoon ]
garam masala [1 table spoon ]
Ginger garlic green chili [crushed ] 1 table spoon each
Lime juice 1 table spoon
Mint leaves [chopped 4 table spoon ]
Bunch of Spinach [chopped ]
Butter
oil
salt to taste
Wash and clean chicken properly Add salt and lime juice leave it for 5 minutes sqeeze excess water Beat curd marinate chicken with curd red chili powder garam masala ginger garlic and green chili Leave it for 3 to 4 hours grind almonds and poppy seeds adding little milk or water to make a paste take a pan and put butter in it When butter melts add chicken in it Cook for some time Pour the almond and poppy seed paste in it When half cooked put chopped mint in it Mix well cover the pan with lid and cook till chicken till soft and leaves thick gravy heat oil and fry Spinach till crispy Take serving tray and lay chicken on it Garnish with crispy Spinach Serve with roasted garlic bread
