1/2 package uncooked Fettuccine pasta
2 pounds peeled and deveined shrimp
16 oz jar roasted bell peppers
3 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves
1/2 tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
3/4 cup Half and Half
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
