3/4 lbs shrimp ( peeled and deveined )
1/2 cup onion ( finely chopped )
1/2 cup carrots ( peeled and coarsely chopped )
1/2 cup peas ( thawed )
2 tsp minced garlic
2 eggs ( lightly beaten )
3 cups cooked white rice ( long grain )
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil ( toasted )
pinch salt and pepper
1/4 cup green onions ( sliced )
3/4 lbs shrimp ( peeled and deveined )
