Shrimp Po’Boys with Remoulade Sauce

4 hoagie rolls
slice d tomato
lettuce
slice purple onion
Remoulade Sauce:
1/2 cup mayo
1/8 cup creole mustard
1/2 Tbsp. paprika
1/2 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. pickle juice
1/2 Tbsp. hot sauce
1/2 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. ketchup
