SHRIMP SOBA NOODLE STIR-FRY

This shrimp soba noodle stir-fry is both delicious and healthy. Make it your own by swapping out shrimp with any protein. Dinner has never been tastier!

For the Stir-Fry
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 cup Carrot sliced thinly
2 cups Cabbage sliced
3 cloves Garlic
1 Onion sliced thinly
1 Red Bell Pepper sliced thinly
2 cups cooked Buckwheat Soba Noodles
¾ lb Shrimp
For the Sauce
1½ tablespoons Low Sodium Soy sauce
2 teaspoons Oyster Sauce
½ cup Chicken Broth
¾ tablespoons Fish Sauce
3 teaspoons Sugar
¼ teaspoon Pepper
½ Lime
To Garnish
2 teaspoons Sesame Seeds
2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
3 chopped scallions
Handful of chopped Cilantro
3 tablespoons Olive Oil

Prep all stir-fry ingredients prior to starting to cook - this is being cooked at high heat so you will want everything ready to go
