What the lunch menu today? How about eating shrimp stuffed mushroom?

Ingredients:
15 pieces of shitake mushrooms
150 grams of peeled shrimp, roughly chopped
1 egg white grains
50 g peas
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 knuckle of ginger, crushed
2 cloves garlic, mashed
pepper, sugar, salt to taste

HOW TO:
1. Clean the mushrooms and set aside.
2. Mix shrimp and all the spices and stir well. Add peas, egg whites and all ingredients, mix well.
3. Enter the shrimp mixture into the mold and steam until cooked for 10 minutes, remove from heat.
4. Serve while hot
