Simple and Delicious Banana Bread

Nothing but good simple banana bread. I make them into muffins for easy travel.

1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 stick butter, at room temperature
4 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 T. milk (I use skim)
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Grease loaf pan (I was making muffins, so I lined my muffin pan with liners)
3. Cream together butter and sugar.
4. Add eggs and whisk to combine.
