1 Unbaked Deep Pie Crust
2 Chicken Breasts, slice thin
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
4 Tablespoon unsalted Butter
3 Tablespoon Flour
2 Cup Chicken Broth
1 1/2 Cups Peas & Diced Carrots, frozen, thaw
1 Cup cubed Potatoes, frozen, thaw
Sea Salt & Pepper to taste
2 Chicken Breasts, slice thin
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
4 Tablespoon unsalted Butter
3 Tablespoon Flour
2 Cup Chicken Broth
1 1/2 Cups Peas & Diced Carrots, frozen, thaw
1 Cup cubed Potatoes, frozen, thaw
Sea Salt & Pepper to taste
Saute Chicken in 1 T. Oil until tender, about 3 to 5 min; remove.
Melt Butter, whisk in Flour, cook 1 min.
Add Broth, whisk until thickened.
Add remaining Ingredients.
