I’m a chocolate lover and can’t go for a few days without getting my fix. When I think about chocolate, the ultimate indulgence are melt in the mouth chocolate truffles. Would you believe me if I told you there was a way of making chocolate truffles that were actually good for you and just as tasty? I wanted to make chocolate truffles that felt naughty and creamy without all the bad for you ingredients.
300 g Dark Chocolate
3 tbsp Coconut Oil
240ml Coconut Oil (I use full fat with at least 70% coconut lots contain other ingredients like additives)
3 tbsp Desiccated Coconut
3 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp Coconut Oil

Heat the coconut milk in a small pan on a low heat and take off the heat once warmed. Break the the dark chocolate into small pieces and add this and the coconut, stirring slowly.
