1/2 pound Mushrooms, slice
6 Tablespoons Butter, divided
6 Tablespoons Flour
1 1/2 Cup Half & Half, or Fat Free Evaporated Milk
1 1/2 Cup Beef or Chicken Broth
White Pepper & Sea Salt
