MALAI laddo can also called as MALAI PEDDA..Its a sweet dish can be eaten after meals..IT IS made during the religious functions in india to offer to Lord...It is also served when thers some good news to share ..PEOPLE serve it during good times..its very simple to make with only 2 ingredients at home..try it out and let me know your comments..:)

fresh panner-250 gms.
condensed milk(half the quantity of paneer)
elaichi powder 1 teaspoon
rose water-2 or 3 drops
saffron strands 10-11
pistachios sliced

grate the paneer and make it soft...heat a pan..add grated paneer and condensed milk and rose water...mis it well on low flame...add elaichi powder..mix it till the mixture becomes a dough...off the flame and let the mixture cool down...after it cools down make small balls...you can also use a mould of ball to set it in shape of ball...after shaping garnish it with pistachios and saffron strands...this can be consumedd within 2-3 days ...make it fresh n serve..
