An easy yummy peach cobbler recipe from Seduction in The Kitchen

1 cup of sugar
1 cup of self rising flour
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of heavy cream
3 containers of Del Monte no sugar added peaches, lightly drained (or 1 can 15 1/4 oz sliced peaches light syrup)
