Simple Slow Cooker Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Alrighty, there’s some comfort food that you just gotta embrace! Mashed potatoes rank up there on my list, what about you? Mashed potatoes have to be light, fluffy, seasoned & buttery in my book. So with that I’ll introduce my Slow Cooker Creamy Mashed Potatoes! None of those hard glue-like masses of starch need to grace my plate, no thank you!

2.5 pounds russet potatoes, washed, peeled & halved
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1/8 t Lawry's Seasoned Salt
1/4 t garlic salt
1/4 t ground pepper
1/4 t salt
2/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup butter
Additional salt & pepper to taste
Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Place all potatoes, liquids and spices into slow cooker. Cook 3 hours on low. ***NOTE: Time/temp may vary as slow cookers vary*** Add in sour cream and butter...
