Between all the lockdowns & quarantines, times are tough right now. But making great food at home doesn´t have to be. In this post, I will show you how to make a delicious and simple SPANISH PAELLA with Shrimp & Bell Peppers.

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 onion
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp sweet smoked Spanish paprika
1/2 cup canned tomato sauce
2 1/2 cups vegetable broth
1/2 tsp saffron threads
1 cup round rice
12 raw jumbo shrimp ( peeled and deveined )
pinch sea salt
pinch black pepper
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 onion
