Simple Steak Marinade

1 – 1 ½ lbs steak (whatever is on sale) flank, cubed, stir fry, etc.
1 bottle Low Sodium Dale Sauce (located in ketchup aisle)
1/2 cup water
½ onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 c cherry tomatoes, halved
2 cloves garlic, minced or grated
2 c white rice, cooked
