200 g bhee diced (kamal kakdi)
2 small potatoes
1 wadi
1 piece ginger finely chopped ( 1 inch )
1 tsp. coriander powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
to taste Salt
1/4 tsp. haldi (turmeric powder)
1/2 tsp. cumin powder (jeera powder)
to taste Coriander leaves
4 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup water
2 green chillies finely chopped
3 medium sized grated pureed tomatoes

1. Add some oil in a vessel.
