Skinnies {crepes}

I don't know how crepes became "skinnies", but that's what my kids call them. They got the name from their sweet Grandma Sharon, and I'm sure this recipe has been in her family for a long time. :) They are delicious! My kids would eat them everyday if they could.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, cornmeal, cocoa and salt. Add eggs, melted butter, corn syrup and vanilla; mix well. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
